Experimental preview terms
Voice Studio is an experimental voice creation tool. By creating an account or submitting audio, you agree to these preview rules. This preview is not a generally available paid service.
Your voice, with your consent
In this preview, upload or record only your own voice. You explicitly consent to processing your recording to create and use a synthetic voice. Do not upload another person's voice, a celebrity recording, or material you do not have rights to use.
Responsible use
You are responsible for the scripts and recordings you submit and for your use of generated audio. Do not use the service for fraud, misleading impersonation, harassment, coercion, exploitation, or unlawful content. Do not represent generated audio as an authentic recording of another person. Label synthetic audio when its origin could otherwise mislead someone.
Experimental generation and budget
Audio quality, pronunciation, resemblance, language support, and timing can vary. Results may contain errors and are not guaranteed to suit a particular purpose. A limited developer-funded budget is enforced before generation. New voice clones may use a first-generation activation allowance. No subscription or recurring payment is active in the preview.
Availability and storage
The preview can change, pause, or end. Save audio you wish to keep: generated files are retained for up to 30 days and may be removed earlier if required for security or an abuse investigation. Voice clones can be deleted from your library. Deleting a voice clone does not automatically delete previously generated audio.
Rights and prohibited uploads
You retain your rights in your original uploads. You permit us and the speech provider to process those uploads as necessary to provide the requested synthesis. Output usage must comply with applicable law, the rights of others, and provider terms. Submitting a recording does not give you rights in someone else's identity or performance.
Abuse and removal
We may suspend accounts or remove voices and audio associated with misuse or rights complaints. The public complaint channel and operator details must be published before general launch. This limited preview does not make a legal guarantee that consent, ownership, or use of any content has been verified.
Limits and applicable rights
The service is experimental and offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfect results, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.
